Remarkable. I thought President Obama said this was an isolated person? I thought this was not supposed to be part of a terrorist conspiracy? I know that the President has now admitted his incompetence by acknowledging that the bomber MAY have been connected to a larger terrorist organization. TOO LATE!

The fact that President Obama has Mao on his tree is not surprising. Unfortunately, he gave us all the clues even before he was elected. He is a leftist surrounded by leftists, trying to pretend that he is a moderate, but proving every day that he is as far left as Mao, Castro, and the rest of the leftist bunch. (BTW, there is no difference in principal between fascists and communists...just a name change that was created for political purposes during and after WWII). He is going to get as much of his liberal fascist agenda through as qucikly as possible before average Americans understand what he is about and thrown him out like they did President Carter. it is just sad that it took all of this to hopefully wake up the American public.

Opps, this is the attachment on how to stop Islamic terrorists:

Once in U.S. history an episode of Islamic terrorism was very quickly stopped. It happened in the Philippines about 1911, when Gen. John J. Pershing was in command of the garrison. There had been numerous Islamic terrorist attacks, so "Black Jack" told his boys to catch the perps and teach them a lesson.
Forced to dig their own graves, the terrorists were all tied to posts, execution style. The U.S. soldiers then brought in pigs and slaughtered them, rubbing their bullets in the blood and fat. Thus, the terrorists were terrorized; they saw that they would be contaminated with hogs' blood. This would mean that they could not enter Heaven, even if they died as terrorist martyrs.
All but one was shot, their bodies dumped into the grave, and the hog guts dumped atop the bodies. The lone survivor was allowed to escape back to the terrorist camp and tell his brethren what happened to the others. This brought a stop to terrorism in the Philippines for the next 50 years.
Pointing a gun into the face of Islamic terrorists won't make them flinch.
They welcome the chance to die for Allah. Like Gen. Pershing, we must show them that they won't get to Muslim heaven (which they believe has an endless supply of virgins) but instead will die with the hated pigs of the devil.

Here’s another thing, if Islam is such a “peaceful” religion, why aren’t the “imams” saying terrorism is wrong and the “peaceful” followers renouncing it!!! Does that really mean they’re for terrorism??

Here’s another one from Early Bird:

New York Post
December 30, 2009
The Gitmo Link
Keep the detainees locked up
By Gordon Cucullu
The news that Christmas Day crotch-bomber Umar Abdulmutallab trained in Yemen with al Qaeda terrorists who'd been released from Guantanamo Bay underscores the folly of the American approach to Gitmo. This, on the heels of news that six from Gitmo were released to Yemen only last week, the largest contingent to date.
Ever eager to repair a damaged public-relations image, both the Bush and Obama administrations have desperately tried to ship detainees out of Guantanamo's holding facility as quickly as possible -- either to release them outright or to give them to countries that would "reform" them. Now, of course, the Obama administration is on the verge of closing Guantanamo and transferring at least some of its inmates to a prison in Illinois.
Those approaches, however, failed long ago, spilling jihadists not only back into Yemen but also into Afghanistan, Pakistan and African states -- Islamic terrorism's breeding grounds. I've repeatedly drawn attention to the high number of former Gitmo detainees who've returned to the fight, either picking up an AK-47 or becoming media "rock stars" or terror recruiters.
Take Abdulmutallab's reported trainers, who were handed to the Saudis in 2007 and then freed after undergoing (please) "art rehabilitation therapy." They were then arbitrarily released into neighboring states, where they readily assumed leadership positions in al Qaeda, proselytizing their aberrant faith and training new terrorists to take the war back to the infidels.
As we saw on Christmas Day and elsewhere, their efforts have been quite successful.
The recidivist jihadists are being helped by an army of American pundits and lawyers who claim that the detainees were pure innocents until their nasty experiences at Guantanamo radicalized them.
Nonsense.
These aren't ignorant, uneducated farmers and goat herders but middle- and upper-class college-educated men who've learned how to game our system. Middle East coffers open up to hire the best law firms and public-relations hacks to defend them and plead their cases.
These firms have done an excellent job. More than a decade into this fight, our president can't even bring himself to vocalize a link between fundamentalist Islam and terrorism. This administration, constantly gainsaying its predecessor, went so far as to curtail military commissions that were in closure and to reopen the cases in a criminal venue, forcing the delay of justice and the possible release of hardened terrorists.
Our leaders are unable or unwilling to separate the criminal from the military. The terrorists see themselves, quite properly, as soldiers in a fight, not lawbreakers. Unlike common criminals who break the law and seek exculpation, these men proudly voice their successes.
Khalid Sheik Mohammad, Ramzi Binalshibh, Zaccarias Moussaoui and others brag about their commitment to jihad and to the eradication of America.
Yet we respond to those who boast about American blood on their hands by expanding their venue and showering them with Constitutional rights previously afforded only to citizens, earned in blood by other citizens.
With plans still under way to close Guantanamo and relocate the detainees to a prison here, the question has to be asked: Are we really that nuts?
Terrorist acts inside America or directed against Americans, as The Post has reported, have exploded in 2009. From Yemen, terrorist videos and intelligence reports confirm that this is just the start of a coordinated, well-planned and serious set of new attacks. We can look forward to a New Year of redoubled efforts by the terrorists to penetrate our expensive, highly bureaucratic and largely ineffective national-security systems.
The good news, however, is that no detainee now confined in Guantanamo has committed a terrorist act since his confinement. Is it rational to release them in the vain hope that they won't follow their predecessors back into the fight? Or to relocate them to America, where lines of communication to the outside world will enable them to run terror cells from prison?
Art therapy doesn't seem to work. Neither does release or transfer. Keeping these terrorists locked away and off of US shores does. The administration must keep Guantanamo open and functioning.
Gordon Cucullu, a former Army lieutenant colonel, is author of "Inside Gitmo: The True Story Behind the Myths of Guantanamo Bay."

When are we going to realize that these “rag heads” are not stupid but we are! These people (if you can call them that) have an agenda and that is to push their jihad. Islam isn’t a religion it’s an agenda! An agenda to “rid” the world of other religions other than theirs – no compassion. They think that their way is the only way. It’s a tragedy that they don’t realize – HE’S THE SAME GOD stupid!!I
If we had any b@##% we would execute every last one of them at Gtmo. “Oh” you say “that would make them martyrs”. Then so be it and let the games begin. Wars aren’t fought with rules if you want to win them. How is it that when “we” kill a few “civilians” we are horrible people but when Islamic terrorists murder scores of civilians, nothing is said?? Are we stupid or something?? You don’t have to answer the obvious.

I like what General Black Jack Pershing (supposedly) did early last century in the Philippines with the Islamic rebels. The following is from the internet. It has, however been refuted…….. but I like the idea anyway and believe it’s worth a try: Sounds like a plan to me.
HOW TO STOP ISLAMIC TERRORISTS...... it worked once in our History...

You are right! This is the kind of man we need leading this country. Not just as a Congressman but as a President. How different from our current Commander in Chief who seems to deny that we are in a war on islamofascist terror. A Commander in Chief who agrees with the enemy and with Europeans and with all the enemies of this country than he agrees with men like LtCol. Allen West.

There is a song that has a line that says "I need a hero". America needs a hero. A man or woman who will stand up for America, recognizing the uniqueness and greatness of a nation that has helped more people, saved more lives, and supported the success of people willing to do for themselves than any nation in the history of the world.

Thank you for posting this.

Scuzzyfava (sorry, couldn't resist) was NEVER a Republican. She lives in New York. She ran as a Republican because in that district, Republicans have won for a century. She is a coward and an imposter. She was run out of the election but since her name appeared on the ballot (twice) she took away 5% of the vote from the REAL Republican who ran. If not for that, Hoffman would have won.

Although I hate that a far left Democrat won that election, I am also feeling some small amount of optimism. THIS was a wake up call for the GOP. Stop listening to the left when they tell you that you can only succeed if you move left. Forty percent of American recently identified themselves as conservatives in a Gallop Poll. Only 20% said they were liberals.

We MUST stop the bleeding now. Newt Gingrich is dead wrong when he supports liberal Republicans. The party needs to find its core...that core is conservatism. Nothing matters if we don't adhere to the tenets of the Constitution of the United States of America.

NOTHING!
